A collective of bibliophiles talking about books. Book Fox (vulpes libris): small bibliovorous mammal of overactive imagination and uncommonly large bookshop expenses. Habitat: anywhere the rustle of pages can be heard.
Back in February, Bookfox Kirsty D posted a fine review of a truly excellent novel, Emily St. John Mandel’s Station Eleven. Last night, Emily won the Arthur C Clarke Award, the UK’s most prestigious prize for science fiction. We’re saying nothing about our superb Foxly talent-spotting skills, nor about how we only review the BEST books around. Read Kirsty’s review again here.

I’ve just blogged about this book too! It’s wonderful, and I’m so pleased for Emily.
