Vulpes Libris

A collective of bibliophiles talking about books. Book Fox (vulpes libris): small bibliovorous mammal of overactive imagination and uncommonly large bookshop expenses. Habitat: anywhere the rustle of pages can be heard.

Coming Up This Week

Grand obsessions, wondrous happenings, clashes of titans and changes of heart. It’s a week of high drama here on Vulpes Libris.

On Tuesday, Kate marvels at the tale of Louis XIV and his sea-monster by Vonda McIntyre.

What remains to be said about Casablanca? Kirsty M and Moira will certainly find all sorts of new and startling angles, in conversation, on Wednesday.

And on Friday, Hilary joins renowned singer Ian Bostridge on a winter journey.
